Reports, schedules and client data were scattered across private email and WhatsApp. The agency wanted one secure place, but the nurses could not be burdened with complicated procedures at a busy moment with a family.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Exchange Online, Teams for scheduling and consultation, and Intune app protection on the phones: Outlook and Teams are secured with a PIN, copying to private apps is blocked and in case of loss the office wipes only business data. Self-service password reset so nobody waits for the helpdesk.
