Registering for sheltered living is complicated: who registers, which indication applies, how is it financed and which documents belong to it? Zenmo wanted to make that process online as personal as at the kitchen table, and give three audiences (clients, relatives, referrers) their own entrance.
An eight-step registration form with progress indicator, document upload and privacy consent, promising a reply within 48 hours. Three audience entrances, four service pages, a service-area map, FAQ and blog, with the HKZ and WTZA quality marks in view.
