Two audiences with completely different questions on one site: care institutions needing staff quickly, and care professionals looking for a suitable vacancy. Both had to reach the right place within two clicks without the site feeling impersonal.
A split main menu (for institutions / for professionals), a vacancy board with filters on discipline, region and contract type, a staff request form and a link to the registration portal. Quality marks (SNA, NEN 4400-1, NBBU) are prominent for trust; phone and WhatsApp are always in view.
